PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump achieving the highly precise discharge of a liquid and reducing a running cost.SOLUTION: The micropump 10 includes a tube unit 100 having a detachable tube, and a control unit 200 having a control circuit 210 which controls the driving of a motor 70 for driving a pressurizing mechanism 90 which pressurizes the tube 50 through a transmission mechanism 80.
