PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expandable stent which is capable of being applied to a sharp bend of the right coronary artery and handling stomal stenosis.SOLUTION: An expandable stent has a base and a tip which relate to each other, and a tubular wall 10 provided between the base and the tip. The tubular wall has a longitudinal axis, and a porous face specified by a plurality of connected supports. The connected supports have a gradient of a thickness of the support from a first end to a second end of the tubular wall. When a radially outward force is applied to the stent, the stent can be expanded from a first position where it is compressed to a second position where it is expanded.
