The present invention relates to a biomolecule and/or a fiber patch that a drug is immobilized based on a natural polymer and a producing method thereof and,more specifically, to a biomolecule which promotes all sorts of disease treatments and/or a fiber patch, that a drug is immobilized, for treating chondropathy based on a natural polymer which laminates the natural polymer and a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to be used in a drug system due to consistently showing excellent effects by releasing suitable biomolecule and drug depending on activity order of cells capable of being treated using the biomolecule and/or the fiber patch that the drug is immobilized.본 발명은 생체분자 및/또는 약물이 고정되어 있는 천연고분자 기반 섬유 패치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 각종 질환 치료를 촉진하는 생체분자 및/또는 약물이 고정되어 있는 천연고분자가 적층되어 있는 천연고분자 기반 연골 질환 치료용 섬유 패치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 생체분자 및/또는 약물이 고정된 섬유 패치를 이용하여 치료되는 부위세포의 활동 기작 순서에 따라 적합한 생체분자 및/또는 약물을 방출하여 지속적이며, 뛰어난 치료 효과를 나타내어 각종 치료에 대한 약물 시스템 활용이 가능하다.
