The present invention relates to a biomolecule and/or drug immobilized fiber patch based on a natural polymer and, more specifically, to a fiber patch for treating chondropathy based on a natural polymer, where a natural polymer in which the biomolecule and/or the drug which promote the treatment of various diseases are immobilized is laminated, and to a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, the fiber patch shows a continuously and excellently therapeutic effect by releasing the suitable biomolecule and/or the drug depending on the order of the action mechanism of cells treated by using the fiber patch in which the biomolecule and/or the drug are immobilized, thereby being able to be used as a drug system with respect to various treatments.본 발명은 생체분자 및/또는 약물이 고정되어 있는 천연고분자 기반 섬유 패치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 각종 질환 치료를 촉진하는 생체분자 및/또는 약물이 고정되어 있는 천연고분자가 적층되어 있는 천연고분자 기반 연골 질환 치료용 섬유 패치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 생체분자 및/또는 약물이 고정된 섬유 패치를 이용하여 치료되는 부위세포의 활동 기작 순서에 따라 적합한 생체분자 및/또는 약물을 방출하여 지속적이며, 뛰어난 치료 효과를 나타내어 각종 치료에 대한 약물 시스템 활용이 가능하다.
