The present invention relates to an eye aqueous outflow device for treating glaucoma. The eye aqueous outflow device uses an injector without peeling off conjunctiva or sclera, is inserted and fixed into a desired position, by using Hyaluronic acid which is a bio-polymer material, and can enhance stability and efficiency of aqueous outflow. In addition, the present invention solved difficulties of early management of surgery and development of complications by fibrosis which were pointed out as conventional problems of trabeculectomy and inserting surgery of aqueous outflow device, thereby being expected to be useful for the treatment of glaucoma through aqueous outflow.본 발명은 녹내장 치료를 위한 안구 방수 유출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 안구 방수 유출장치는 결막이나 공막편의 박리없이 인젝터 (Injector)를 이용하여 목적하는 위치에 손쉽게 삽입 및 고정시킬 수 있으며, 생체 고분자 물질인 히알루론산 (Hyaluronic acid)을 이용함으로써 방수 유출의 안정성과 효율을 증진시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 종래 섬유주절제술 (Trabeculectomy) 및 방수유출장치 삽입술의 문제점으로 지적되어온 수술 초기 관리의 난해성 및 섬유화에 의한 합병증 유발을 해소한 것으로서, 방수 유출을 통한 녹내장 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
