The present invention provides a device to remove foreign substances settling in an aquarium. The device comprises: a cleaning bell having a predetermined volume, including a hollow hole formed in the upper part, surrounded by an outer wall, and having an open lower part； a T-shaped pipe connected to the hollow hole of the cleaning bell, and comprising branches formed in the upper and side parts； a pump forming negative pressure in the cleaning bell by connecting an end of an absorbing pipe to the upper part of the T-shaped pipe and the other end thereof to the pump； a decompressing pipe formed on a side of the T-shaped pipe； and a decompressing valve formed to control the opening and closing of the decompressing pipe.
