The present invention relates to a head lamp camera system comprising: one group of light sources on the upper forehead of a wearer； another group of light sources on the lower forehead； and a camera object lens between the two groups of light sources. The head lamp camera system generates less shadow from a surgical tool when a narrow and deep surgical site is treated does not interfere with the visual field of the operator and can obtain an optical image by photographing the surgical site from the angle of the operator.
