The clawing and sawing units can be respectively used to pick up twigs or tree trunks falling to the ground and saw off twigs or trunks high in a tree, respectively. Of the most particularity is the fact that the clawing unit can grasp the cut trees to avoid them falling down from a tree to hit people or car nearby in the course of tree sawing meanwhile, it can also collect the cut trees and put them into a hopper of the vehicle directly. In addition, the main body of the vehicle can be grounded by means of the grounding unit to prevent workers from getting a high voltage shock.
