PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe gasket for maintaining the liquid tightness between the gasket and an outer cylinder of a syringe when the internal pressure in the syringe rises, and also to provide a plunger with the syringe gasket and the syringe.SOLUTION: The plunger 1 with the syringe gasket is a cylindrical body of which distal end is closed and rear end opened, and includes the syringe gasket 2 having a plunger mounting part 3 inside and the plunger 10 attached to or attachable to the gasket 2. The distal end part the gasket 2 is applied with the pressure and deformed rearward, so that the diameter of the vicinity of the portion thereof in contact with the outer cylinder 56 of the syringe of the gasket is expanded. The distal end part 7 of the plunger 10 includes a contact part 15 which is separated from the inner face 2a of the distal end part of the gasket 2 and can come into contact with the inner face 2a of the distal end part of the gasket 2 when the distal end part 7 of the gasket 2 is deformed rearward.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 シリンジの内圧が高くなったときにガスケットとシリンジ外筒との間の液密性を保持するシリンジ用ガスケット、シリンジ用ガスケット付きプランジャー及びシリンジを提供する。【解決手段】 シリンジ用ガスケット付きプランジャー1は、先端が閉塞し後端が開口する筒状体であり、内部にプランジャー取付部3を有するシリンジ用ガスケット2と、ガスケット2に取り付けられまたは取り付け可能なプランジャー10とを備える。そして、ガスケット2は、先端部が加圧され後方に変形することにより該ガスケットのシリンジ外筒56と接触する部分付近が拡径するものであり、プランジャー10の先端部7には、ガスケット2の先端部内面2aと離間するように設けられ、ガスケット2の先端部7が後方に変形したときガスケット2の先端部内面2aと接触可能な接触部15が設けられている。【選択図】 図2
