PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a contact sensor arranged in a tip side of a flexible arm.SOLUTION: A contact sensor 4 is arranged at a tip side of a first flexible arm 2 fixed on a body 1 via a sensor head 3. The contact sensor 4 is constituted by a second flexible arm capable of maintaining a middle part, which extends from a base end 4a fixed on a tip of the sensor head 3 to a tip 4b, in a freely bent state.
