PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment device and a surface treatment method of a flexible tube which can provide a flexible tube at low cost which is easy to handle, is excellent in terms of hygiene, and is suitable even for medical treatment by modifying a surface of the flexible tube which is adhesive, of which an outer circumferential surface is not slippery, and on which dust is likely to adhere, and provide the surface-treated flexible tube.SOLUTION: A surface treatment device of a flexible tube includes: a guide bar 2 which is inserted into a hollow part of a flexible tube and linearly holds the flexible tube; a guide bar rotation mechanism 3 which rotates the guide bar 2; and a surface treatment tool moving mechanism which moves a surface treatment tool along the flexible tube held by the guide bar 2.
