PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation of an angle of view relative to a change in external environment in an optical scanning observation device.SOLUTION: An optical scanning observation device 10 includes an optical fiber 19, vibration driving means 14, and changing means 15. The optical fiber 19 includes an oscillation part that is oscillatably supported at one end. The vibration driving means 14 vibrates the oscillation part on the basis of driving signals.
