PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological state acquisition device and the like that acquires biological signals of a biological body in a non-contact manner and can acquire information related to the biological state without performing complicated processing such as frequency analysis with respect to the biological signals.SOLUTION: Biological state acquisition means 52 transmits an electromagnetic wave to a body surface of a biological body, IQ detects its reflection wave, sequentially acquires an I signal and a Q signal in time series and acquires a state of the biological body on the basis of a locus on an I-Q plane of acquisition signals acquired. The biological state acquisition means 52 for acquiring the state of the biological body comprises: at least one of breathing detection means 53 and heart rate detection means 56 body motion detection means 57 for calculating a number of body motions within a predetermined period by using a norm of a position vector of the acquisition signals on the I-Q plane and autonomic nerve state determination means 54C.
