The present invention relates to a skin-moisturizing composition containing plant-derived oil as an active ingredient. More specifically, a mixture composed of lavender oil, rosemary oil, and citron seed oil of the present invention increases expression of keratin 1 and filaggrin in artificial skin using three-dimensional culture as compared with individual substances.
