PURPOSE: A molding method of mushroom fungi is provided to have a target shape by growing a plurality of mushroom fungi under conditions for which moisture is lower than standard moisture and inosculating contacting parts of a plurality of the mushroom fungi. CONSTITUTION: A molding method of mushroom fungi comprises forming a plurality of holes or cutting parts in order for mushroom fungi to have a basic shape according to the external surface of a culturing media bag in which mushroom fungi are cultured； growing the plurality of mushroom fungi until the same becomes a size which can be in contact with adjacent mushroom fungi through a plurality of holes or cutting parts formed on the culturing media bag； growing the plurality of mushroom fungi under conditions for which moisture is lower than standard moisture in order for the contacting parts of the plurality of the mushroom fungi to be inosculated； and separating the inosculated mushroom fungi from the culturing media bag and wrapping outside a mold with the same and drying in order to form the mushroom fungi into a target shape. The drying step is performed by the following steps: growing the inosculated mushroom fungi until the same becomes a target size； and separating the inosculated mushroom fungi from the culturing media bag and drying the same.본 발명은 버섯 자실체 성형 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 버섯 자실체 성형 방법은 복수의 버섯 자실체들을 배지 봉투에 형성된 복수의 구멍을 통하여 이웃하는 복수의 버섯 자실체들과 서로 접촉하도록 생육시킨 후, 기준습도 이하에서 서로 접촉된 복수의 버섯 자실체들을 생육시켜 버섯 자실체들의 서로 접촙된 부분이 서로 접합되도록 한다.본 발명에 따르면 원하는 크기와 형상을 갖는 버섯 자실체를 제조할 수 있어 선별 시간과 포장 비용을 줄일 수 있다.
