PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic device capable of suitably visualizing an imaging object in details while reducing noise in comparison with conventional types, a medical image processor and a medical image processing program.SOLUTION: The ultrasound diagnostic device includes calculation means and image generation means. The calculation means generates second volume data by performing smoothing processing to first volume data acquired through ultrasonic scanning of at least a part of a subject, calculates curvatures at a plurality of positions on the surface of the first volume data or second volume data and smooths the curvatures at the plurality of positions.
