PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which guides a dental drill suitable for using in an implant area having laterally-restricted space.SOLUTION: This invention concerns a drill sleeve 1 for the dental drill. The drill sleeve 1 is hollow cylindrical and has a longitudinal axis line A, a circular inner surface 10 which guides the dental drill, and an external surface 15 which is inserted in a template. In this drill sleeve 1, the external surface 15 includes at least one longitudinal flat area 20. The circular inner surface 10 is essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis line A.
