To provide a composition for oral cavity which has excellent storage stability and retention/absorption properties in the oral cavity of tocopherol or a derivative thereof and has good physical properties of a preparation such as stringiness.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for oral cavity which comprises (A) 0.01 to 3 mass% of one or more selected from esters of tocopherol and an inorganic acid thereof, (B) 0.1 to 4 mass% of a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil having an average addition mol number of ethylene oxide of 3 to 7 and (C) 0.3 to 1 mass% of sodium fluoride, wherein the mass ratio {(A)+(B)}/(C) is 0.5 to 15.
