The present invention relates to a cranial bone fixing device and a surgical tool thereof. The cranial bone fixing device at least comprises a lower pressing member and a movable buckle assembly. The lower pressing member has a stud having a first joint portion disposed therein. The movable buckle assembly at least comprises an upper pressing member and a nut. The upper pressing member has a sleeve portion internally provided with a first pivot portion. The nut can be screwed with the stud. An upper end of the nut is provided with a first positioning portion, the outer surface of the first positioning portion is provided with a second pivot portion matched with the first pivot portion. The surgical tool at least includes an outer sleeve and an inner guiding rod. The lower end of the outer sleeve is provided with a second positioning portion combined with the first positioning portion of the nut. The lower end of the inner guiding rod is provided with a second joint portion combined with the first joint portion of the stud. The inner guiding rod and the upper end of the outer sleeve are oppositely provided with a third joint portion and a fourth joint portion. Accordingly, the whole movable buckle assembly is capable of maintaining a constant distance from the outer surface of a skull when being positioned on the outer sleeve, facilitating implant and restoration of the cranial bone.
