The present invention relates to a jig for automatically assembling a lens on a see-through unit formed on a mask body of a gas mask or the like, and a lens assembly apparatus using the same. An objective of the present invention is to automatically, quickly, and conveniently insert a lens into a lens insertion groove. The jig comprises: a fixing jig forming a shape identical to a shape of an upper portion of a see-through unit (62) of a mask body (60) on an upper surface of a fixing jig body (11) fixed on a bed (12)； a moving jig (20) which supports a lower surface of a moving jig body (21) on the bed (12) to tightly attach an inner surface thereof to the fixing jig body (11) and spread by a prescribed gap, and forms a shape identical to a shape of a lower portion of the see-through unit (62) of the mask body on an upper surface thereof； a clamping means (30) which installs a clamping body (31) on an outer surface of the fixing jig body (11) to be tightly attached or separated to press an outer surface of the upper portion of the see-through unit of the mask body placed on the upper surface of the fixing and the moving jig body (11, 21) to fix the outer surface of the upper portion of the see-through unit of the mask body； and a moving jig sliding means (50) installed on the lower surface of the moving jig body (21) to spread the moving jig (20) on the fixing jig (10) by a prescribed gap.본 발명은 방독면 등의 면체에 형성하는 투시부에 렌즈를 자동으로 조립하는 지그 및 그 지그를 이용한 렌즈 자동조립 장치에 관한 것으로서, 렌즈삽입홈에 렌즈를 자동으로 신속하고 간편하게 삽입할 수 있도록 한 것이다.본 발명은 베드(12)에 고정한 고정지그 본체(11)의 상면에 면체(60)의 투시부(62)의 상부 형상과 동일한 형상을 형성한 고정지그와, 상기 베드(12)에 이동지그 본체(21)의 제면을 지지하여 그 내측면을 상기 고정지그 본체(11)에 밀착됨과 아울러 일정간격 벌어지도록 하고, 상면에 면체의 투시부의 하부형상과 동일한 형상을 형성한 이동지그(20)와, 상기 고정지그 본체(11)의 외측면에 클램핑 보디(31)를 밀착 및 분리되게 설치하여 상기 고정 및 이동지그 본체(11)(21) 상면에 올려 놓는 면체의 투시부의 상부 외측면을 눌러서 고정하는 클램핑수단(30)과, 이동지그 본체(21)의 저면에 설치하여 이동지그(20)를 고정지그(10)에서 일정간격 벌리는 이동지그 슬라이딩수단(50)을 포함하여 구성한 것이다.
