The present invention relates to a forward head posture correcting device. More specifically, the forward head posture correcting device comprises: an elastic support unit composed of an elastic material and provided with an anti-skidding member at a lower surface； a fixation support unit fixated at an upper part of the elastic support unit, having a cervical vertebra support formed on one side of an upper surface thereof wherein a shape of the cervical vertebra support corresponds to the cervical vertebra of a physical body, and having a slide rail formed on the other side of the upper surface thereof； and an exercise unit coupled to the slide rail to be able to slide along the slide rail, and having an upper surface with a shape corresponding to a rear head of the physical body.
