PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cervical vertebrae correction pillow and a cervical vertebrae correction method configured such that cervical vertebrae correction subjects can receive fine and effective therapy according to their respective symptoms.SOLUTION: A cervical vertebrae correction pillow has a shape having an upper surface part 15 of a substantially box-shaped pillow body 10 formed in an inclined shape, and an ear-insertion hole 16 provided substantially in the central part of the upper surface part 15 to form a high upper surface 15a and a low upper surface 15b. A cervical vertebrae correction method is performed by using the pillow. One ear of a cervical vertebrae correction subject being in a state of lying on the side is inserted into the ear-insertion hole 16, and a cheek bone portion is made to adhere to the high upper surface 15a or the low upper surface 15b.
