PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a same-gender healthcare worker to assist toileting when a patient operates a toileting assistance button of a nurse call slave unit.SOLUTION: Patient identification information for identifying patients and patient gender information indicating the gender of the patients are stored in a storage part 3 with their associated to each other and, when the toileting assistance button 4 is operated by the nurse call slave machine 1, the healthcare worker of the same gender to the patient is preferentially called among the healthcare workers in the charge of the calling patient. When calling the toileting assistance, the healthcare worker of the same gender to the patient is preferentially called to improve the possibility that the healthcare worker of the same gender to the patient responds thereto. The toileting assistance by the healthcare worker of the same gender to the patient is thus executed at the high probability and the patient can call the toileting assistance without reserve.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 患者がナースコール子機のトイレ介助ボタンを操作した場合に、できるだけ同性の医療従事者がトイレ介助を行うようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】 患者を識別する患者識別情報と患者の性別を示す患者性別情報とを関連付けて記憶部3に記憶し、ナースコール子機1によりトイレ介助ボタン4が操作された場合に、呼び出しを行った患者を担当する医療従事者の中から患者と同性の医療従事者を優先的に呼び出すようにしている。これにより、トイレ介助の呼び出しが行われた場合に、患者と同性の医療従事者が優先的に呼び出されるので、患者と同性の医療従事者が応答する可能性が高まる。従って、患者と同性の医療従事者によるトイレ介助が高い確率で行われるようになり、患者が遠慮なくトイレ介助の呼び出しを行うことができる。【選択図】 図1
