The present invention relates to a mouthpiece type optical therapeutic apparatus in which a plurality of optical fibers are installed in the corresponding mouthpiece so that longitudinal one ends of the optical fibers are disposed along the direction of tooth rows in an oral cavity of a user wearing a mouthpiece, and provision of light to the optical fibers is integrally made through one or more light sources. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mouthpiece type optical therapeutic apparatus may include: the mouthpiece in which a plurality of light irradiation holes are formed along the direction of the tooth rows； the plurality of optical fibers which irradiate light onto teeth or gum of the oral cavity, on which the mouthpiece is worn, through the light irradiation holes； and the light sources which provide the optical fibers with light.
