A system for providing negative pressure therapy to breast tissue is disclosed. In some embodiments, the system can include a dressing assembly shaped to be placed on the breast, an absorbable pouch, and a negative pressure source. The system can further include an additional dressing assembly disposed on the second breast. Various shapes and configurations of breast dressing assemblies may be included in the system.
