The present invention relates to a method for preventing the crystallization of rotigotine. Further, the present invention relates to a method for preventing the precipitation of rotigotine crystals, wherein the method comprises a step of mixing rotigotine with at least one selected from the group consisting of fatty alcohols, fatty acids, fatty acid esters, fatty acid amides, and derivatives thereof.
