PURPOSE: An improving method of the lutein extraction efficiency using the ultra-fine size reduction of chlorella is provided to enable users to effectively extract lutein and other useful components from the chlorella. CONSTITUTION: An improving method of the lutein extraction efficiency using the ultra-fine size reduction of chlorella comprises the following steps: milling a diluted chlorella culture fluid using a wet grinder； drying the obtained ground chlorella to obtain chlorella powder； and extracting lutein from the chlorella powder. The pressure of the wet grinder is 40-120 MPa. The extraction process of the lutein from the chlorella powder includes a step of adding ethanol to the chlorella powder, and a step of processing the mixture with ultrasonic waves.본 발명은 클로렐라를 습식 분쇄기를 이용하되 이의 처리 조건을 최적화시켜 클로렐라를 초미세화하여 루테인 추출을 증대시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 클로렐라의 배양액의 희석, 습식 분쇄기의 압력 및 통과 횟수를 최적화하여 클로렐라로부터 루테인의 추출을 증대시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
