PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a thresher adopting a basket-like threshing body, that grain straws cannot suitably be nipped between the threshing body and a threshing net, because the threshing body is composed of non-cylindrical, bar-like support members reaped grain straws are carried around together with threshing teeth to sifnificantly deteriorate efficiency of threshing treatment, when crops such as rice or wheat are threshed with the thresher and the thresher has a problem on the strength thereof.SOLUTION: Since threshing teeth (17) are fixed to be extended to adjacent two support members among bar-like support members (16) in a cage-like threshing body (5a), the diameters of the bar-like support members (16) having the threshing teeth (17) fixed thereto can be thinned, and the total weight of the threshing body (5a) can be reduced, while maintaining the strength. Since the two bar-like support members (16) are used as a pair, reaped grain straws can be restrained between the support members (16) and the threshing net to improve the efficiency of the threshing treatment.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】籠形状の扱胴を採用した脱穀装置では、その扱胴が円筒形状でなく棒状支持部材により構成されるため、扱胴と扱網との間で穀稈を適切に挟み込むことができず、この脱穀装置で稲や麦などの作物を扱き処理を施そうとすると刈取穀稈が扱歯と一緒に連れまわり、扱き処理の効率が著しく悪化するという問題があった。その強度上の問題もあった。【解決手段】籠形状の扱胴(5a)で、その扱歯(17)が、棒状支持部材(16)のうち隣り合う二本の部材に跨って固定することで、扱歯(17)が固定される棒状支持部材(16)の径を細くすることができ、強度を保ちながら扱胴(5a)全体の重量を軽減した。また棒状支持部材(16)を二本一対として構成することによりその支持部材(16)と扱網との間で刈取穀稈を拘束して扱き処理の効率を上げることができ上記問題を解決した。【選択図】図1
