PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher having improved threshing performance by smoothly conveying grain culms directed to a threshing cylinder side and preventing cutting of grain culms by threshing teeth in the thresher in which the threshing teeth forming a comb-like shape along in the axial direction of the threshing cylinder are arranged at the outer circumference side of the threshing cylinder.SOLUTION: In the thresher that is equipped with the threshing cylinder 3 rotated and driven around a shaft and a carrier 8 for conveying grain culms 2 in a state in which ear tips 2b are directed to the threshing cylinder 3 side in which a plurality of the threshing teeth 34 forming a comb-like shape by arrangement in a line along the axial direction of the threshing cylinder 3 are arranged at the outer circumference side of the threshing cylinder 3 and the grain culms 2 conveyed by the carrier 8 are threshed by the revolving threshing cylinder 3, the carrier 8 is constituted so that the threshing cylinder is supported in such a way that the direction of the rotary shaft 33 of the thresher cylinder 3 is an approximately vertical direction and the conveying direction of the grain culms 2 by the carrier 8 is an approximately horizontal direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】扱胴の軸方向に沿った櫛状をなす扱歯を扱胴の外周側に設けた脱穀装置において、扱胴側に向けられた穀稈の搬送をスムーズにするとともに扱歯による穀稈の切断を防止することにより、脱穀性能を向上させた脱穀装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、軸回りに回転駆動される扱胴3と、穂先2bを扱胴3側に向けた状態で穀稈2を搬送する搬送体8とを備え、扱胴3の軸方向に沿って並列されることにより櫛状をなす複数の扱歯34を扱胴3の外周側に設け、搬送体8によって搬送されてくる穀稈2を回転する扱胴3によって脱穀処理する脱穀装置において、扱胴3の回転軸33方向が略鉛直方向になるように支持するとともに、搬送体8による穀稈2の搬送方向が略水平方向になるように搬送体8を構成する。【選択図】図1
