Disclosed is a device for extruding the contents of sundae which includes a body with a driving motor； a stirring container which is fitted into a receiving unit formed on the lower part of the front surface of the body； a lever ring which moves the stirring container upward to transmit the torque of the driving motor to a screw by adhering the stirring container to the ceiling surface of the receiving unit； a cover which covers the top of the stirring container and includes an inlet where the contents of sundae are inserted； and the screw which is positioned inside the stirring container and which pulls and discharges the contents to the outlet formed on the stirring container by receiving the torque of the driving motor and rotating. The device for extruding the contents of sundae as described above is easily transported as the volume of the device is small in order to conveniently cook sundae at home and can cut off and connect the power transmission by simple manipulation of the lever ring.본 발명은 순대 내용물 압출 장치에 관한 것으로, 구동모터가 구비된 본체와 상기 본체의 정면 하부에 형성된 수납부에 끼워지는 교반 용기와 상기 교반 용기를 수납부의 천장면에 밀착시켜 구동모터의 회전력을 스크류로 전달하도록 교반 용기를 상승시키는 레버 링과, 상기 교반 용기의 상부를 덮고 순대의 내용물이 투입되는 투입구가 형성된 뚜껑과, 상기 교반 용기의 내부에 위치하여 구동모터의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하여 내용물을 교반 용기에 형성된 내용물 배출구로 밀어 배출시키는 스크류를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순대 내용물 압출 장치가 개시된다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 순대 내용무 압출 장치는 가정에서 간편하게 순대를 제조할 수 있도록 그 부피가 작아 운반이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 레버 링의 간단한 조작만으로 동력 전달의 차단 및 연결을 간편하게 수행할 수 있어 사용 조작이 간편하다.
