PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating deglutition function evaluating device enabling a deglutition disorder inspection, and a quantitative evaluation of a deglutition rehabilitation effect, acquiring a throat motion featured value as a deglutition function evaluation index mark (marker), performing a quantitative evaluation of an eating function of a subject, and finished to be compact in the whole.SOLUTION: An eating deglutition function evaluating device includes: a device structure body 1 storing in the inside, air bags 2 divided into a plurality of numbers and a plurality of layers； a communication pipe communicating the air bags 2； an air sucking/exhausting valve 16 provided in a part of the air bag 2； an opening part 3 for observing the throat part of the device structure body 1； a rib and side plate 7 provided inside the device structure body 1 and securing arrangements of a plurality of numbers and a plurality of layers of the air bags 2； a control/circuit board 12 having a bonding tool/engaging tool 5 for annularly arranging the divided device structure body 1, provided in the periphery of the opening part 3, and having a light projecting section 10, an imaging section 11 and an outside signal outputting section； and a cover 13 covering and hiding the control/circuit board 12 and fixed to the device structure body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】嚥下障害検査、嚥下リハビリテーション効果の定量評価が可能で、嚥下機能評価指標（マーカー）として、咽頭運動特徴量を取得し、被験者の嚥下機能を定量評価する、全体をコンパクトに纏めた摂食嚥下機能評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】摂食嚥下機能評価装置は、複数かつ複層に分割された空気袋２を内側に収納する装置構造体１と、空気袋２を連通する連通管と、空気袋２の一部に設けられた空気吸入・排出弁１６と、装置構造体１は咽喉部を観察する開口部３と、装置構造体１の内側に設けられ、空気袋２の複数・複層配置を確保するリブおよびサイドプレート７と、分割された装置構造体１を環状に配置する結合具・係止具５を有し、開口部３の周辺に設けられ、投光部１０、撮像部１１および外部信号出力部を有する制御・回路基板１２と、制御・回路基板１２を覆い隠し、装置構造体１に固定される、カバー１３よりなる。【選択図】図１
