Provided are caveolin- 1 ligands derived from the anti-HIV therapeutic T20. Substitution of homologous residues into the T20 resulted in the identification of several caveolin- 1 ligands that had higher affinity than wild-type T20. Imaging with the highest affinity caveolin ligand confirmed co-localization of the ligand with endogenous caveolin in NIH 3T3 fibroblast cells.Linvention concerne des ligands de la cavéoline-1 dérivés de lanticorps anti-VIH thérapeutique T20. La substitution des résidus homologues dans le T20 a résulté en lidentification de plusieurs ligands de la cavéoline-1 qui présentaient une affinité supérieure à celle du type T20 sauvage. Limagerie grâce au ligand de cavéoline présentant la plus haute affinité a confirmé une colocalisation du ligand et de la cavéoline endogène dans les cellules de fibroblaste NIH 3T3.
