PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion device and a diffusion method of an aroma component capable of diffusing the aroma component from an aroma component carrier by using air flow.SOLUTION: An aroma component is diffused by contacting air flow with an aroma component carrier 50 to which an aroma component is impregnated. The air flow is generated by vibration of a diagram 24 of a speaker unit 20 as a vibration generation means.
