Disclosed is a cathode electrochemical method for preparing a stannic oxide porcelain thin film on a surface layer of a dental titanium metal crown, comprising a first preparation step, a second preparation step, an electroplating step, and a dental porcelain sintering step. Firstly, the first preparation step is carried out to prepare an electrochemical deposition solution is composed of one of tin chloride and stannous chloride. Secondly, the second preparation step is carried out to prepare a direct current from a power supply controller and electrically connect a cathode of the power supply controller with a titanium crown. Thirdly, the electroplating step is carried out to electroplate the titanium crown in the electrochemical deposition solution to form a tin oxide porcelain thin film on the surface of the titanium crown.
