A chewing gum molding and cooling system comprising: a molding system configured to calibrate the gum, a cooling device located in line with said molding system and configured to continuously receive the gum from said molding system at the inlet of said cooling device, and - a multi-pass conveyor system made for the continuous transportation of gum from the specified entry point to the exit point of the specified cooling device, wherein said forming system EMA and said cooling device is formed for molding and cooling of the gum, so that after release from said cooling device it was able to stack or sbora.2. The system of claim 1, wherein the gum is in the indicated state for stacking or collecting when the gum has been molded into tiles, sheets or portions of a desired size, said tiles, sheets or portions being sufficiently cooled to not stick together during laying in a stack or collection of said tiles, sheets or portions in direct contact with each other. 3. The system of claim 2, wherein said tiles, sheets or portions are sufficiently cooled to be laid without sticking in the absence of adding any particulate matter. The system of claim 1, wherein the gum is supplied to said molding system in the form of a chewing mass, and said molding system is capable of calibrating the chewing mass to obtain tiles of a desired size to a cooling device.
