The present invention relates to a controlled release pellet composition comprising pseudoephedrine and, more specifically, to a pellet mixture comprising an immediate release pellet containing pseudoephedrine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and a sustained release pellet coated with a water-insoluble polymer, containing pseudoephedrine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
