PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunomagnetic composition.SOLUTION: An immunomagnetic composition 100 comprises: a core layer 110 a shell layer 120 which consists of a composite in which fucoidan, oxidized dextran and super-paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticle are bound by hydrophobic interaction, and covers the core layer 110 and an external layer 130 containing at least one antibody 131, in which the antibody 131 is grafted outside the shell layer 120 and constitutes the external layer 130.
