A foldable intraocular lens (100 200 300) made of soft resin and comprises an optic part (110 210 310) and a pair of support parts (120 220 320) integrally formed with the optic part for supporting the optic part in an eye, wherein the support parts include: roots (122 R) formed to extend from a periphery of the optic part and located at positions opposite to each other with respect to a center of the optic part, each root radially extending by a predetermined length in a first direction and arms (121) each extending in a curve from the corresponding root in a second direction and a constricted portion (123 325, 326) formed on a side of each arm facing the optic part to inwardly fold the arm by a predetermined length from a distal end (P) thereof, each support part being foldable at the constricted portion serving as a base point when the arm is subjected to stress during a push-out operation of the intraocular lens by use of an injector.
