The present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle composition comprising solvent fractions of quercus mongolica leaves as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the fractions of quercus mongolica leaves which are active ingredients of the anti-wrinkle composition have excellent DPPH radical elimination ability, elastase inhibition activity, and collagenase inhibition activity, inhibit generation of MMP-1 and significantly improve synthesis of pro-collagen, have less skin side effects compared to existing retinoid, and have less microscopic chemical change and excellent safety and stability, thereby being used as a pharmaceutical composition, a cosmetic composition, and a functional food composition for preventing skin aging, and alleviating, preventing, or treating wrinkles.본 발명은 신갈나무 잎의 용매분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항주름용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항주름용 조성물의 유효성분인 신갈나무 잎 분획물이 DPPH 라디칼 소거능, elastase 억제 활성 및 collagenase 억제 활성이 우수하고, MMP-1 생성을 억제하고 pro-collagen 합성을 유의적으로 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라, 종래의 레티노이드에 비하여 피부 부작용이 적고, 경시적인 화학적 변화가 적어 안전성 및 안정성이 우수하므로, 피부노화를 방지하고 주름을 개선, 예방, 방지 또는 치료하는 약제학적 조성물, 화장품학적 조성물, 기능성 식품 조성물 등으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
