PURPOSE: A cosmetic/pharmaceutical composition containing Eremochloa ophiuroides extract or fraction is provided to suppress elastase and to ensure anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkling contains Eremochloa ophiuroides extract, fraction, or active substance as an active ingredient. The extract is obtained by isolating Eremochloa ophiuroides with water, ethanol or methanol of C1-C4, or mixture solvent thereof. The active substance is prepared by adsorbing an ethylacetate fraction of Eremochloa ophiuroides by column chromatography, and isolating with 20%, 50%, or 70% methanol.본 발명은 센티페드그라스(Eremochloaophiuroides) 추출물, 이의 분획물 또는 상기 분획물로부터 분리한 활성분획을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 주름개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 센티페드그라스 추출물, 이의 분획물 또는 상기 분획물로부터 분리한 활성분획은 엘라스틴을 분해하는 엘라스타아제(elastase)의 저해 활성이 우수하므로 피부 주름개선용 조성물에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
