The present invention is a technology related to aptamer-hydrophilic polymer-photosensitizer conjugates comprising: an aptamer； a hydrophilic polymer； and a photosensitizer, and more specifically, the aptamer-hydrophilic polymer-photosensitizer conjugates are stably dispersed in a water solution to decrease a side effect of insolubility of the photosensitizer, and by the aptamer specifically connected to specific cancer cells, increases cancer cell targeting of the photosensitizer. In addition, when irradiating light, singlet oxygen generated by the photosensitizer connected to cancer cells enables anti-cancer treatment to be effective.본 발명은 압타머； 고분자； 및 광응답제로 이루어진 압타머-친수성 고분자-광응답제 접합체에 관한 기술로, 보다 상세하게는 상기 압타머-친수성 고분자-광응답제 접합체는 수용액 상에서 안정하게 분산되어 광응답제의 난용성 부작용을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 특정 암세포와 특이적으로 결합하는 압타머에 의해 광응답제의 암세포 표적화를 증가시켰으며, 광 조사시 암세포와 결합된 광응답제가 생성하는 일항산소로 인하여 효과적인 항암 치료가 가능하다.
