PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel device which is easy to construct while effectively deodorizing the indoors and disinfects a ventilation passage to suppress the formation of mold or the like.
SOLUTION: The panel device constituting part of the interior surface of a building includes an intake port 9 and an exhaust port 10 provided on the surface of a building panel 2, and the ventilation passage 12 formed inside the building panel 2 to serve communication between the intake port 9 and the exhaust port 10. The building panel 2 is provided with a blowing means for sucking air into the ventilation passage 12 from the intake port 9 and exhausting the air from the exhaust port 10, and an electrostatic atomizer 20 producing a charged particle liquid in a nanometer size and supplying it to the ventilation passage 12.
