PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel device capable of providing a high-quality sleeping environment.SOLUTION: A panel device 1 comprises a panel material 2 fitted at least on the head side of a bed 10 installed in an indoor space. The panel material 2 comprises a blowout part 6 through which the air is blown out toward the height position above the bed floor surface S of a bed 10, and a suction part 5 disposed above the blowout part 6 through which the air is sucked.
