The purpose of the notification is how to obtain dressings for the treatment of diabetic foot injuries and dressings obtained in this way. After the solution has been obtained, it is supplemented with a granulated polyacrylonitrile and left to be completely dissolved for a period of 24h, resulting in the total concentration of the solution at level 7%,and then the solution is introduced into the chamber of the device to be transformed into micro and nano-fibers in an electrostatic field and subject to process conditions of 1 kV/cm, 1 ml/h, at eye temperature. 25oC, having obtained an antimicrobial material from which a shape of a certain size is cut and joins together in such a way as to surround the entire foot surface with material. constructed of four essential and interconnected layers,it is constructed of hydrophobic microfibres and/or a net to prevent adherence to the surface of the tissue of the first layer, placed above it a second layer with different properties and sometimes influences dependent on the introduced antimicrobial, antioxidative, angiogenic and a painkiller layer of a third layer of microfibres containing a water binding agent and finally a fourth layer of nanofibres with protective properties against mechanical agents and protection against microorganisms originating from the outside world.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania materiałów opatrunkowych do zastosowania w leczeniu ran zespołu stopy cukrzycowej oraz materiały opatrunkowe otrzymane tym sposobem.
