A dispenser for discharging gelato contained in a capsule through an extruding scheme according to the present invention comprises: a case for constituting a housing of the dispenser by being integrated with a body unit vertically disposed in the rear end of a support plate and a discharge unit protruding to the front thereof on the top of the body unit； a tray coupled with the bottom end of the discharge unit to be detached, and having a hole for inserting a capsule holder for seating a capsule； a driving unit including a motor for generating driving force by receiving electrical power applied thereto, a shaft connected with a rotary axis of the motor and longitudinally operated by an operation of the motor, and a plunger screwed and coupled with the bottom end of the shaft and discharging gelato stored in a capsule seated on the tray through an extruding scheme by pushing the top of the capsule； and a control unit having an operation and stop button, and controlling an operation of the driving unit.본 발명에 따른 캡슐에 담긴 젤라또를 압출방식으로 배출시키는 디스펜서는, 받침판의 후단부분에서 수직으로 위치한 바디부와, 바디부의 상부부분에서 전방으로 돌출된 배출부가 일체로 형성되어 디스펜서의 하우징을 이루는 케이스； 상기 배출부의 하단부(下端部)에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 캡슐을 안치시킬 캡슐홀더가 삽입될 구멍이 형성된 트레이； 전원을 인가받아 구동력을 발생시키는 모터와, 모터의 회전축에 연결되어 모터의 구동에 의해 상하방향으로 작동하는 샤프트와, 상기 샤프트의 하단에 나사결합되어 트레이에 안치된 캡슐의 상부를 눌러서 캡슐에 저장된 젤라또를 압출방식으로 배출시키는 플런저를 구비하여 구성되는 구동부； 작동 및 정지버튼을 구비하고, 상기 구동부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
