The present invention provides a solid cosmetic for lips that has excellent secondary adhesion resistance effect, excellent feeling in use, gloss durability, and excellent stability. The solid cosmetic for lips of the present invention is characterized by comprising the following (a) to (d): (a) 5 to 30 mass % of hydrogenated polyisobutene, (b) 30 to 70 mass % of one or more kinds of methyl phenyl silicones that separate from (a) when mixed therewith at 25 °C, (c) 0.5 to 15 mass % of oil that separates from both (a) and (b) when mixed therewith at 25 °C, and (d) 4 to 12 mass % of wax.본 발명은 우수한 이차부착 없음 효과를 갖고 사용감, 광택의 지속성, 안정성이 우수한 입술용 고형 화장료를 제공한다. 본 발명에 관한 입술용 화장료는, (a) 수첨 폴리이소부텐 5~30 질량%와, (b)25℃에서 (a)와 혼합했을 때 분리되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 메틸페닐실리콘 30~70 질량%와, (c)25℃에서 (a)와 혼합했을 때 및 (b)와 혼합했을 때 모두에서 분리되는 유분 0.5~15 질량%와, (d)왁스 4~12 질량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
