The lip cosmetic is characterized by comprising (a) 10 to 30 mass% of hydrogenated polyisobutene, (b) 30 to 70 mass% of one or more methyl phenyl silicones that are separated when mixed with (a) at 25°C, (c) 0.5 to 8 mass% of a lipophilic surfactant that is not separated when mixed with (a) or when mixed with (b) at 90°C, and (d) 5 to 12 wt% of a wax.
