Disclosed is a lip cosmetic that has excellent efficacy against secondary adhesion immediately after application, and furthermore has superior shine sustainability and stability. The lip cosmetic is characterized by comprising (a) 10 to 30 mass% of hydrogenated polyisobutene, (b) 30 to 70 mass% of one or more methyl phenyl silicones that are separated when mixed with (a) at 25°C, (c) 0.5 to 8 mass% of a lipophilic surfactant that is not separated when mixed with (a) or when mixed with (b) at 90°C, and (d) 5 to 12 wt% of a wax.
