PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a body worn band is provided to help the promotion of health since an anion emitted from the band is absorbed when users wear the same band. CONSTITUTION: : A manufacturing method of a body worn band emitting an anion comprises: a step of arranging a band fiber (S110); a step of preparing a paint composition in which water and an anion emitting paint, comprising 100 part by weight of tourmaline, 200-400 parts by weight of titanium dioxide, 200-450 parts by weight of rare earth mineral containing Ce3+ or Ce4+ element, and 200-400 parts by weight of talc having a high content of SiO2, are mixed at a ratio of 1:1.5 (S120); and a step of impregnating the band fiber into the paint composition on condition that 1kg of the paint composition is used per 3.5 m^2 of the fiber band based on the thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm (S130). The impregnating step is a process of spraying the paint composition on one side of the band fiber using a spray at a 90 degree angle while maintaining a distance of 55-65 cm between the spray and band fiber.
