PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of speedily and conveniently determining whether a given treatment plan of an IGF1R inhibitor is enough for an IGF1R receptor to get saturated in the body of an analyte.SOLUTION: There is provided the method including a process of measuring an IGFBP2 level in the body of the analyte during a series of treatments using the IGF1R inhibitor for a long period and also including monitoring an influence of the IGF1R inhibitor on an IGFBP2 concentration in the body of the analyte having been given a dose of the IGF1R inhibitor.【課題】ＩＧＦ１Ｒインヒビターの所与の治療計画が、被験体の体内でＩＧＦ１Ｒ受容体を飽和させるのに十分であるかどうかを迅速且つ都合良く決定する方法を提供する。【解決手段】一連のＩＧＦ１Ｒインヒビターの治療中に被験体の体内のＩＧＦＢＰ２レベルを長期間にわたって測定する工程を含む、ＩＧＦ１Ｒインヒビターを投与した被験体の体内におけるＩＧＦＢＰ２濃度に及ぼすＩＧＦ１Ｒインヒビターの影響をモニタリングする。【選択図】なし
