PURPOSE: An electronic cigarette with touch pen function is provided to use the cap of the electronic cigarette as an electrostatic touch pen by combining an electro-conductive rubber tip on the cap, and to facilitate hygienic use of the electronic cigarette by protecting the suction pipe(40) with a cap.CONSTITUTION: An electronic cigarette(1) with touch pen function comprises a cylindrical body(10) in which a rechargeable battery is embedded and an LED(12) is mounted. The body is combined to a vaporizer(20) comprising a vibrating device, a heater and an IC chip. The vaporizer is continuously connected a cartridge(30) containing a solution, and a suction pipe(40). The vaporizer is combined to a cylindrical cap(50) so as to protect the suction pipe. The cap is combined to a metallic coupling(70).
